We hold Employers Liability Insurance to comply with the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969; Public Liability Insurance and Contents Insurance. Current Employers Liability Certificates must be displayed where employees can easily read them and copies kept for at least 40 years or we risk a fine of up to £1,000. The certificates are displayed on the parent’s notice boards at each site so they are easily available to health and safety inspectors on request.
